CHAPEL PARTIES FOR THE PEOPLE ⛪️

Whether it be the small or large things, the silly, goofy, or spectacular – everyone has something special to celebrate. HQ seeks aspiring party promoters, event planners, and imaginative thinkers to throw epic-themed parties at The Chapel in Sherwood Forest.

If your idea is selected, you’ll receive the opportunity to collaborate with the Electric Forest Party Production Plug In Team to make your party one for the record books, while receiving Wristbands to Electric Forest 2025!

Past winning party themes have included everything from Bumpin’ Beard Bashes, to epic Emo-parties, Unicorn-themed Utopias, and so much more.

TIMELINE

Submissions will be accepted for review starting Friday, February 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern through Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern.

SELECTION PROCESS

Judged by: The Plug In Team
Judgment method: Candidate and plan of execution review
Chapel Parties Submission will be judged on the following criteria:

• 40% Creativity / Uniqueness
• 30% Practicality
• 20% Funkiness
• 10% Feasibility
• Bonus Points awarded for creative submissions which do not rely on licensed intellectual property (ie Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Shrek, Star Wars, etc)

AWARD

• Winners will receive the opportunity to coordinate and produce a party at the Festival with the Electric Forest Production team
• Chapel Party Winners will be awarded one (1) GA Camping Wristband for themselves, (1) GA Camping Wristband for an assistant, and one (1) 4-Day GA Vehicle Pass
