The Unique Access Codes will be sent via email and SMS in the morning of the General Public On Sale.

Those who are eligible for 2025 Loyalty Benefits will also be able to participate in General Public On Sale by registering.

ELECTRIC FOREST PAYMENT PLANS

All 2025 Wristbands, Lodging Options, and Add-Ons are eligible for a Payment Plan.

Divide your order into equal payments with Electric Forest Payment Plans.

Choose from Three (3) Options:
  • $50 down + 2 payments per month over 4 months
  • 10% down + 1 payment per month over 4 months (Minimum $50 down)
  • 25% down + 1 payment per month over 3 months
Payment Plan Grid
Payment Plan Details:
  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 placed before December 31st.
  • Only $2.75 fee per installment for payment plan, due at checkout.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Your order will not be fulfilled until it has been paid in full.
  • For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as an Electric Forest Account Credit via FanAccount. Please note, the funds will expire 12 months from the time of issuance.
Missed Payments:
  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after your initial due date, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and all money paid issued as an Electric Forest Account Credit that can be used toward future Electric Forest purchases through AXS. Credit expires 12 months from issuance. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.

Payment Plans are managed by AXS. If you have questions about your Payment Plan, go to AXS Support and in the bottom right you should see a “Chat with Us” button. You will be prompted to search for possible solutions and then transferred to an agent.

ABOUT THE ELECTRIC FOREST LOYALTY ON SALES

2025 Loyalty On Sales begin with 10 in The Forest on Tuesday, December 3 with all subsequent Loyalty Tiers following until Thursday, December 5.

Each Loyalty On Sale period ends at 10 AM Eastern on the following day.

Be sure to confirm your Loyalty ID, 2025 Loyalty Status and Tier by Monday, November 25, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern to ensure a seamless Loyalty On Sale experience. Eligible Forest Family will receive an email with more details.

Electric Forest 2025 General Public On Sale begins at 12 Noon Eastern on Friday, December 6, 2024 after all Loyalty On Sales are complete.

Those who are looking to join Electric Forest for the first time can register now to receive a Unique Access Code in the morning of the General Public On Sale. Returning Forest Family can also secure additional Wristbands during this time.

To ensure Electric Forest 2025 Wristbands and Passes are being purchased by true fans, HQ is introducing a registration process in order to gain access to the General Public On Sale. Each person who registers will receive a one-time-use-only Unique Access Code via Email and SMS in the morning of the General Public On Sale (Friday, December 6, 2024) with a link to purchase while inventory remains.

  • Your Unique Access Code is not your Loyalty ID.
  • Your Loyalty ID is not your Unique Access Code.
  • Your Unique Access Code does not guarantee passes. Inventory will be limited. Please plan ahead and prepare to act fast.
