Chapel Parties For The People

What are you celebrating in The Forest? Let’s throw a party!

HQ invites the Forest Family to celebrate our freaky unique selves through Chapel Parties for the People!

Whether it be the small or large things that make us special, The Forest seeks aspiring party promoters, event planners and creative minds to throw an epic themed party for the Forest Family this summer at The Chapel in Sherwood Forest.

Submit a party theme idea… any party theme idea. Want to throw a party for twins? Red heads? All Forest Family named Carl? Maybe those wearing the color yellow? Celebrations come in all shapes and sizes.

Up to eight party themes will be developed. If your idea is selected, you’ll receive the opportunity to collaborate with the official Electric Forest production crew to make your party one for the record books.

Do you have what it takes to be named the Chapel Party promoter for an event that will never be forgotten?

WHAT NOT TO SUBMIT

  • Entries involving having an artist on the lineup perform or participate in the party
  • Anything involving serving food, drinks or alcohol

Keep in mind that party capacity is limited to the size of The Chapel, and attendance will be based on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.

Please note that you must already have a wristband to Electric Forest 2019. This specific Plug In Program does not offer a wristband award, so please do not submit an entry if you have not already secured a wristband for 2019.
